Exciting news....New Retreat.....New Website

Registration is open on our new Mixology Website for the Ministry of Mixology USA - USA Chicago Retreat: Sat 22- Sun 23 October 2016 (informal Meet & Greet for delegates wishing to stay on Fri 21st)

Early registration (before May 15th) means a SAVINGS too! Plus if you are signing up with a group of your peeps you will be able to specify Option A or B so you can all be together! We are both so excited by the response and can’t wait to bring this affordable art retreat weekend to you!

Ok we can finally announce the date of the next Ministry of Mixology event to be held in the Holiday Inn, Coventry in the UK :)

It will the weekend of the 19th and 20th November 2016 but we will have the meet and greet again on the evening of the 18th.

We don't have much more than that at the moment to tell you but keep an eye out here for more details.

Morning All.

Emails have been sent just now detailing what you need to bring and a schedule of events. They would have been sent to the person that made the booking. If you booked for other people please forward the email on to them.

Supply list for April event

Ok, supply lists lovely people. This shouldn't change but if it does....you'll be the first to know. I will be sending out an email to everyone just before the event that will include this list too.

Kate's Class:
1/. A flat paint brush (1/2" or 1" doesn't really matter), and a finer detail brush
2/. Craft mat (we will be supplying tear off palettes so this isn't essential)
3/. Scissors
4/. White sign uniball gel pen (broad) or other good quality white pen
5/. Fine black marker / journaling pen
6/. Pencil
Optional: Coloured pencils, coloured washi tapes, oil pastels
(These last items are optional, you don't need to go out and buy them if they don't already have them).

Andy's Class:
1/. 1/2" flat hogs hair / stiff brush or preferred dry brushing brush
2/. 3/4" flat soft
3/. 1/2" flat soft
4/. Craft Knife
5/. Stencil,stipple brush
6/. Palette knife
7/. Pencil
8/. Scissors

There is a picture of Andy's brushes below. We will have a small selection of brushes and plenty of palette knives available in the shop.

We will be stocking a fabulous selection of Stampendous products at the next Ministry of Mixology including their fantastic Frantage embossing enamels and Nathalie Kalbach and Andy Skinner stamp sets.

I'm going to be planning as many new and exciting things to put into the shop for the April event as I can so I'm after a bit of feedback from you.

Exciting news!!

We have finalised our next event that will take place on the 9th and 10th April 2016.

I can confirm that there will be 35 places available on each class, each day with the world renowned Andy Skinner and Kate Crane!

The cost of the classes will be £70.00 per class, we have also negotiated a very good rate with the hotel on the accommodation of £50.00 bed and breakfast single occupancy and £60.00 bed and breakfast double occupancy per night. You can find extensive details at here on this website.
